2. Purchases and Licensing

2.1. Purchased images are for personal or commercial use as specified at the time of purchase. Any additional usage requires a separate license agreement.
2.2. Digital downloads are non-refundable. If you experience technical issues, please contact us for assistance.
2.3. Physical print orders are processed through third-party vendors; shipping times may vary.

3. Client Galleries

3.1. Private client galleries are accessible only by the designated client and may be password-protected.
3.2. Galleries may remain available for a limited time; after expiration, images may be archived or removed at ALN Imagery’s discretion.
3.3. Clients may not alter, edit, or apply filters to images provided in their gallery.

4. Copyright & Usage Rights

4.1. All images remain the property of ALN Imagery. Purchasing an image does not transfer copyright.
4.2. Purchased images may not be resold, claimed as original works, or used for illegal or defamatory purposes.

5. Website Availability & Modifications

5.1. ALN Imagery reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Site without prior notice.
5.2. We are not responsible for technical failures, service interruptions, or third-party hosting issues.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

6.1. By using the Site, you agree to our Privacy Policy regarding data collection, storage, and use.
